Water House is a residence conceived around a central shared space where the living room, kitchen, and dining area merge into a single, fluid environment that fully opens to the outdoors. At the heart of this space, the “grandmother stones”—natural guardians of the site—are preserved, accompanied by open views toward the sea.
Water is the guiding element of the project: a fountain welcomes visitors at the entrance patio, an infinity pool accompanies the social area, and a second fountain is integrated into the yoga area. The architectural language is minimal and luminous, aiming to convey serenity, spatial transparency, and a constant relationship with the surrounding environment.
The house connects to its gardens through paths and corridors that articulate different landscapes: a cactus garden, fruit tree areas, floral patios, and contemplative spaces that allow for a natural, meditative circuit throughout the property.
