The first intervention focused on the reconfiguration of two existing spaces: a laundry room and a powder room. The project later progressed into a second phase that includes the renovation of exterior terrace flooring and the remodeling of a home office, while maintaining full coherence with the home’s original architecture and the owner’s carefully curated details.
Both phases were developed in collaboration with builder Luis from Pro Finish.
The house, deeply rooted in traditional Mexican architecture and rich in artisanal detailing, required a sensitive and respectful intervention. The design focused on preserving its original identity through warm lighting, textured wall finishes, handcrafted details, and a color palette inspired by Mexican talavera.
