Casa Bell is a coastal retreat in Baja California, designed to embrace life by the sea. The residence is organized around patios and consists of a main area with shared spaces and an office, two separate casitas for added privacy, and a surf lodge garage by the ocean.
Inspired by the vernacular architecture of Mexican villages, the house encourages an outdoor lifestyle, where moving between spaces means walking barefoot on the sand. Its design enhances cross-ventilation and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Built with local materials and traditional roof tiles, it blends harmoniously with its environment, maintaining a low and respectful profile.
